At Yashvi, all products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

No Returns

We do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

Replacement Policy

We only offer replacement in case:

  • the product is damaged during shipping

  • you receive a wrong item

How to request a replacement

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order details

  • a clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • photos showing the issue

Without an unboxing video, replacement requests may not be accepted.

Replacement process

  • Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost

  • No refunds will be provided

  • Only one-time replacement is allowed per order

Not eligible for replacement

  • Used or worn products

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design (natural stones vary)

  • Change of mind or personal preference

Important Note

All crystals are natural, so slight differences are normal and not considered defects.
